We are rapidly growing, so we're seeking a data-driven and strategic Paid Media Manager who excels in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive measurable results.

The Role:

As Paid Media Manager, you'll be a guiding force behind our clients' advertising success. You will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with our clients' objectives and deliver measurable results. Your expertise in digital advertising, analytics, and planning is crucial. We pride ourselves in spending our clients’ money as if it were our own. With an eye for data-driven decision-making and a passion for maximizing ROI, you'll collaborate closely with our internal teams to create and execute effective paid media strategies.

This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing. Collaborates with the Creative Manager. 

Specific tasks of the Paid Media Manager include...

Paid Media Management (80% of Job):

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across the following platforms:
    • Google
    • Meta
    • LinkedIn
    • TikTok
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visuals, working closely with the creative team to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Create conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Conversion API, and proper website setup.
  • Configure GA4 to properly report and attribute to the successes gained from paid media.
  • Monitor campaign performance, define, and optimize for key events.
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of ads, ad platforms, and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Manage budget allocation and pacing to ensure efficient use of client ad spend.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the internal team.
  • Regularly setup Google Search Ads, Display ads, YouTube ads, Google Local Service ads, and Vehicle Listing Ads.
  • Compile and deliver ad spend reports monthly.

Internal Collaboration & Administrative (20% of Job):

  • Work closely with the client lead to understand and align with the client's overarching goals, assisting with configuration and onboarding as needed.
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations for campaign optimizations to the client lead.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Video Departments to ensure all creative assets are changed out and updated on deadline.
  • Oversee how our agency management accounts are set up and stay on top of any changes to the platform that will affect our clients.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing $30K+ in monthly paid spend across several platforms.
  • Proficient in working with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads (including Vehicle and GLS ads), and basic website platforms (for implementation of conversion tracking and pixel tracking).
  • Split personality of creative, yet also an analytical, data-driven thinker.
  • Currently leveraging AI tools in their day-to-day role.
  • Lead gen experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong ability to use social media platforms, especially Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Previous marketing agency experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable using the Mac ecosystem is a plus.
