PAID MEDIA MANAGER

Someone who's a tactician, but also a futurist. Someone who’s already experimenting with the tools others haven’t even heard of yet. This is not a role for a status-quo campaign manager. We’re looking for someone who is competitive and obsessed with staying ahead and energized by what’s next.
The Role:
As Paid Media Manager, you will architect, launch, and continually optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. But more than that, you’ll act as our internal "ad tech evangelist", constantly testing new tools, AI workflows, and media strategies to give our clients a measurable edge.
This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing. Collaborates with the Creative Manager.
Specific tasks of the Paid Media Manager include...
Paid Media Management (80% of Job):
- Strategize, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across the following platforms:
- Google Search (including YouTube, LSA, and VLA)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- TikTok
- Optimize targeting, bidding, creative rotation, and conversion flows daily.
- Use AI tools for budget and bid optimizations, audience insights and lookalike modeling, and continual testing (e.g. Madgicx, Revealbot, Albert.ai).
- Implement tracking systems: Google Tag Manager, Meta CAPI, GA4 events, pixel strategy.
- Have cursory knowledge of basic HTML for adjusting pixel placement, Javascript for custom events, API and CRM integration for tracking results.
- Monitor campaign performance, define, and optimize for key events.
- Manage budget allocation and pacing to ensure efficient use of client ad spend.
- Build custom reporting dashboards that highlight ROI, CPL, and key funnel insights.
Internal Collaboration & Administrative (20% of Job):
- Align paid media efforts with larger client goals through collaboration with CRMs and strategists.
- Work alongside the Creative and Video teams to brief, review, and optimize ad creatives.
- Provide tactical and strategic recommendations during monthly performance reviews.
- Manage platform account structures and oversee agency access, billing, and roles.

- Love solving problems, digging into data, and finding what actually works.
- Are comfortable in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display), and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Understand attribution, funnel mapping, and what it means to "spend money like it’s your own".
- Have experience with lead generation campaigns and basic website analytics.
- Bonus: Agency experience, Mac fluency, and a passion for bold ideas.
