The Role:

As a Dynamic Content Creator, you'll be a visionary force behind our clients' success stories, blending expertise in social media content creation, trending reels, and fast-paced video with intentional client engagement. You'll be more than just a project manager; you'll be a key player in telling the story of our clients. With a keen eye for creativity and a knack for storytelling, you'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into captivating visual content that drives results. Your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines will be crucial as you navigate the ever-evolving landscape of social media trends and audience preferences. Armed with innovative ideas and a passion for excellence, you'll collaborate with our creative team in delivering unparalleled solutions that exceed client expectations and propel their brands to new heights. 

This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing. Collaborates with the Creative Manager. 

Specific tasks of the Dynamic Content Creator include...

Content Creation (50% of job):

  • Create engaging social media video reels tailored to specific advertising goals, utilizing best practices for each platform to maximize reach and impact.
  • Managing social media content creation for multiple clients, focused on video reels, but also including posts and ongoing ads. 
  • Coordinating with the respective Client Lead on what the Client cares about and how to create topics surrounding those ideas.
  • Concepting ideas that excite their social media calendars for video reels or motion graphics. Using original GSF photography and videos, high-quality stock images, and AI-powered resources, on a weekly to monthly schedule.
  • Writing copy for captions in the Client’s tone, with appropriate CTA.
  • After approval from the Client Lead, schedule social videos/posts to go live through the social platform the client distributes to. (Meta Business Suite, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Coordinate the promotion of social videos/posts through the social platform the client distributes to (Meta Business Suite, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) within client-approved budgets under the guidance of Client Leads, employing tools like the Client Ad Board on Asana to stay organized.

Client Services (50% of Job):

  • Understand and align with the client's overarching goals, assisting in achieving these objectives within designated timelines.
  • Familiarize oneself with the client's processes, messaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain continuous and organic contact with the client, cultivating a lasting business relationship and rapport.
  • Communicate directly with the client, seeking approvals for promotions, video concepts, photoshoots, etc.
  • Assign and schedule tasks using project management tools (Asana) based on contract terms, client communication (emails/text), and meetings where you’ve taken notes.
  • Facilitate communication within the GSF team regarding the client, ensuring that everyone stays on track.
  • Attend and actively contribute to in-person meetings with the client, including brainstorming sessions, monthly updates, and interviews.
  • Collaborate with the Video Department to ensure preparations are in place for potential video shoots with the client. (i.g. assist with coordinating actors, props and locations when necessary)
  • Coordinate with the Photographer to ensure preparations are in order for any photoshoots involving the client. (i.g. assist with coordinating actors, props and locations when necessary)
  • Act as an on-site host during video and photoshoots, outlining plans and considering the next shot to optimize efficiency, providing feedback for improvements in real-time. Communicate the vision, goals, and aesthetic for social posts and digital advertisements to the Graphic Designer, including creating content calendars, recommending images, and composing captions to align with the business's overall objectives.
  • Ensure that all deliverables outlined in client agreements are effectively scheduled and completed each month, utilizing available resources such as Asana, the video team, photographers, social media team, and ad team. 
  • Be confident in communicating the results of GSF’s efforts, and the KPIs and metrics that the client cares about.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in video reels, production, shooting/editing field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Knowledge or experience in digital marketing and video advertising is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
  • Have previous marketing agency experience a plus.
  • Comfortable using Mac eco-system a plus.
