As a leading creative marketing agency, we’re looking for a Client Relations Manager who can serve as the vital connection between our clients and our team, ensuring every project aligns with our clients' goals while fostering long-term relationships built on trust and collaboration.

THE ROLE:

As a Client Relations Manager at GSF Media, you oversee client relationships post-sale, ensuring our creative teams deliver marketing solutions that align with client goals. Acting as a strategic guide and advocate, you’ll coordinate efforts across video, design, and digital teams to execute with precision. Success in this role requires a blend of relational warmth, business savvy, and strategic thinking.

This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and collaborates closely with all service teams to achieve unified client success.

Tasks include...

Client Advocacy & Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business models, profit drivers, and goals.
  • Actively listen and make note of client preferences, objectives, and feedback, continually translating these into actionable strategies.
  • Set clear expectations for communication, timelines, and processes, teaching clients how to best partner with GSF.

Strategic Oversight:

  • Continuously evaluate whether deliverables align with the client’s broader objectives and original agreements.
  • Communicate the strategic reasoning behind each marketing tactic, educating clients and positioning GSF as a trusted partner.
  • Proactively offer fresh ideas and recommendations to drive client success and growth.

Coordination & Execution:

  • Mobilize and coordinate GSF teams across video, design, and digital marketing to execute projects efficiently.
  • Act as a quality control checkpoint, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and maintain GSF’s high standards.
  • Oversee workflows using tools like Asana, ensuring clear priorities and timely task completion.

Reporting & Metrics:

  • Review and understand client performance metrics (GA4, social media insights, ad performance, KPIs) to identify key trends.
  • Prepare and lead client dashboard meetings with clarity, focusing on progress, challenges, and proactively offering recommendations on priorities and next steps.

Problem Solving & Upselling:

  • Address client concerns promptly and diplomatically, protecting GSF’s boundaries while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identify gaps in services and recommend adjustments or upsells to enhance client outcomes and expand GSF’s offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Proactive Leader: Confident in guiding client conversations and offering helpful solutions without waiting for direction.
  • Detail-Oriented: Skilled at catching inconsistencies and translating feedback into actionable plans.
  • Problem Solver: Resourceful and calm under pressure, you approach challenges with a solution-first mindset.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in account management, digital marketing, or client-facing roles, with proven marketing experience.
  • Strong project management experience, juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
  • Business awareness, with exposure to B2B or service industries.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Ads Manager.
