We are looking for an experienced, smart, self-starter on the hunt for your next, lucrative opportunity in your sales career. The Expectation:

  • Generate 120 touch points per week.
  • Add 15 new contacts per week.
  • Book 3 meetings per week.

Our Proven Process:

  1. Learn our product. Live and breathe it. Formulate your own elevator pitch.
  2. Build your own sales funnel. 120 touch points per week (calls, emails, texts, walk-ins).
  3. Cultivate only the qualified leads and grow strong relationships.
  4. Add 15 contacts a week, then quickly identify if they are a qualified lead by conducting questions (we provide).
  5. Sales department reviews and assists in qualifying the activity weekly.
  6. Book 3 meetings per week the VP of Sales can attend/present to.
  7. Remember, you don’t have to present or close the business. Just book qualified meetings.
  8. VP of Sales pre-qualifies the prospect, presents at the meeting you set, and it leads to a proposal, you get a sales incentive.
  9. If the prospect becomes a new signing client, you get paid commission on that as well.

You're Perfect for this Job If You Love:

  • Conducting in-person cold calling, outbound phone calls, and utilize various prospecting tools including email, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with leads to understand their marketing needs and pain points.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Maintaining organized records of daily activities.
  • Serving as an ambassador for GSF Media, projecting a professional and knowledgeable image while promoting our services and values.

Compensation:

This is a full-time, W-2 position that offers a fair base salary along with mileage reimbursement, a company phone and laptop, and company benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement. We offer an uncapped bonus and commission plan including result-based bonuses and ongoing residual commissions on renewals.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in outbound cold calling, lead generation, or sales development. Experience and knowledge of the digital marketing industry is a plus.
  • Have used Mac and iPhone products before.
  • Have a lot of energy. A desire to grow the company.
  • You are comfortable with ongoing feedback and mentorship to excel in the role.
  • You can put yourself in other’s shoes and see situations from perspectives other than your own.
  • Be concise and articulate your hottest prospects at weekly sales meeting in 3-5 mins.
  • You work hard to achieve your goals. You learn from your failures and fine tune your tactics to achieve success.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Have experience in a CRM (we use Pipedrive).
