We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to grow our footprint in the greater Nashville market. This isn’t a “clock in, make 100 calls” kind of job. It’s a creative, relationship-driven sales role for someone who loves meeting business owners, spotting opportunity, and turning conversations into lasting partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
- Build genuine relationships with business owners, community leaders, and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities where GSF’s marketing and video solutions can make a measurable impact.
- Generate 2–4 qualified appointments per week for our sales team to close.
- Own your market: plan your week, show up at events, and get face-to-face with prospects.
- Mix it up — cold calls, coffee drop-ins, LinkedIn messages, video outreach, and creative follow-ups.
- Track your activity and insights in Pipedrive.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to share ideas, wins, and what’s working.

What You’ll Bring:
- 1–3 years in outbound sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience selling marketing or recurring-revenue services preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong initiative.
- Natural relationship builder with confidence in-person and on the phone.
- Organized, curious, and self-driven.
- CRM experience (Pipedrive a plus).
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $42,000
On-Target Earnings (Year 1): $60K–$75K, with six-figure potential
Uncapped commissions + residuals
Mileage reimbursement
